SHIPPING AND AVAILABILITY
Most of our items are in stock in our shop and usually ship within three
to five business days. Other items that ship from our warehouse are
shipped with 7 to 14 business days. Please note the shipping information
displayed on the "Add to Shopping Bag" page of each item you order.
We are here to assist you. Please contact us to answer any questions you
may have before
you place your order. You are never stuck with a
garment. We are here to satisfy our customers! We are happy to exchange
items or issue a store credit (see return policy below for details).
RETURN POLICY
Your satisfaction is our goal! Please contact us with 72 hours (via
email or telephone) of receipt of an order to let us know there is a
problem. Items can be returned for a store credit or exchange within 7
days from the date your receive your order if they are flawed, damaged,
or you are not satisfied. Hats are non-returnable, except in the
instance of manufacturer defect or damage.
Items can be returned for store credit or exchange only. Item(s) must be
returned in exact original condition with all tags and packaging and
must not show any signs of being worn. You are responsible for all
shipping and handling charges of returned items.
Store credits are valid for 60 days from the date of received. We
will
not contact you when your 60 days expire, so please keep your own records.
PLEASE NOTE: If returned items are not in salable condition (i.e.
damaged, smelling of smoke, worn, or are in any way less than the
condition they were sent to you), we reserve the right to refuse the
return, or reduce any store credit appropriately. This will be assessed
on a case-by-case basis.
